A Simplified Approach – Jet Lag
Jet Lag has multiple components:
Mental component / fatigue – Use a few drops of Basil taken Internally 1-2 times a day to help reset the body.
Stimulate the bodies processes – The use of Forest Mint applied to the wrists, inhaled, or a few drops taken internally. A milder form of this would be Peppermint.
Aiding and helping sleep – Use Tarragon or Lavender inhaled substantially before bed should reset the sleep cycle.
