Childhood Abuse and Other Trauma

Many people suffer from emotional and physical symptoms of childhood abuse; even after they have sought many forms of assistance. This protocol will bring shifts over several months allowing the body to unwind from the trauma.

There are two sections to this protocol. Do both the “Applied to the Body” section and the “Sustained Inhalation” steps at the same time. Continue the protocol for at least three months.

Applied to the body

Introduce the next oil from this section once per week wile continuing the previous oils.

Bay Laurel to Ajna twice per day

Rosemary Verbenone to Ajna twice per day

Saffron or Mugwort Supreme to joints of arms and legs twice per day

After a few months, substitute Sandalwood for Mugwort

Spikenard on soles and webs of foot

Sustained Inhalation

Use the oils listed below with the following patterns.  Introduce one additional oil per week from the list below.

Lower Emotions

  1. Hips
  2. Knees (F&B)
  3. Ankles (top)
  4. Soles
  5. Spine (whole spine)
  6. Brain
  7. Navel
  8. Navel Minor – 1 ½ inches below the navel

Creativity Pattern

  1. Sex
  2. Heart
  3. Throat – Adams apple
  4. Crown

Instinctive Mind

  1. Armpits
  2. Elbows – crevasse
  3. Wrists – top
  4. Palms
  5. Back Throat
  6. Jaws – where they hinge
  7. Temples
  8. Throat Minor – notch below the Adams apple
  9. Throat – Adams apple
  10. Back Head

Do all three patterns above with each oil.  Introduce Hyssop the first week, then one additional oil each week after that

Do Sustained Inhalation 3-15 breathing cycles per chakra.
