Lower Emotions, agitation, and anger:
Taken internally (1-3 drops in water) can have incredible results even in a crisis.
Calming and Relaxation:
Melissa has been used for centuries to promote relaxation and reduce anxiety. It was often brewed into teas or tinctures to help with stress and sleep disorders.
Topical applications of Melissa extract or oil have been used to treat cold sores (herpes labialis). It has antiviral properties that may help alleviate symptoms.
