Crown: Top of the head

Forehead: At the Hairline

Back Head: Middle back of the head

Ajna: Between the eyebrows.

Temples: Soft area top area of head

Jaws: Soft area foreward of the ears

Throat: Upper neck area

Back Throat: Middle back of the neck

Throat minor: Lower neck

Heart(also referred to as front heart): Upper chest

Back Heart: Behind the shoulder blades

Solar(also referred to as front solar): Just below the rib cage

Navel: Belly button

Meng Mein: Behind the Navel

Sex: Low abdomen

Basic: Tailbone

Palms: Palms of hands

Soles: Soles of feet
