Lymphatic Movement in the gut:
Psoas issues disrupt the flow of lymph in the body, especially in the gut which may lead to a stress plagued digestive tract
Lower Back Pain:
Tight or overly contracted psoas muscles can contribute to lower back pain. When the psoas is chronically tight, it can pull on the lumbar spine, leading to discomfort and stiffness.

Some practitioners of bodywork and holistic therapies believe that the psoas muscle can store emotional tension, and releasing it may result in emotional releases or changes in emotional well-being.
Pelvic Pain:
