Standard Approach

Breath with awareness on each of the centers. Do 3 to 15 long, slow, deep inhalations and exhalations on each center, in order.

Auric Stack

An Auric Stack is typically three or more Auric Programming Oils used one after the other to bring a more complex and complete shift.  With each of the oils in your stack, simply do the Auric Programming Standard Approach using each oil in turn.  If your Auric Stack has more than five Auric Programming Oils, we recommend that you rotate the oils daily and do no more than four at a time.

This “kit size” bottle is a mix of essential oil and jojoba oil. Jojoba allows the scent to last longer when applied to the skin or inhaled directly from the bottle. Jojoba also makes the essential oil gentler when applied to the skin.

This oil is a Plant Prana Auric Programming Oil.

Blends

Plant Prana Essential Oil Blends are unique combinations of two or more single oils. These blends have unique energetic purposes beyond the direct combination of the single oils. Depending on the purpose and method of application of the blend, it is sometimes possible to substitute an individual oil for a blend. Also know that the single oils cannot always be used as a replacement for a blend.
