In this class, we will explore how digestive health is influenced by the nervous system, stress patterns, vagal tone, lymphatic flow, energetic regulation, and the functional strength of the gut.

You will learn how to address physical and stress-related issues that impact the digestive tract while supporting the body’s natural processes of assimilation, digestion, elimination, and detoxification.
