Understanding Brainwaves
Brainwaves are classified into five primary types based on their frequency (measured in Hertz, Hz):
- Delta Waves (0.5 – 4 Hz): These are the slowest brainwaves, typically associated with deep sleep, healing, and unconscious states. Delta waves are connected to the subconscious mind and the deep healing and restorative functions of the body.
- Theta Waves (4 – 8 Hz): Associated with deep relaxation, meditation, dreaming, and the hypnagogic state. Theta waves are often linked to intuitive insights, creativity, and the connection to the spiritual realm. They are the brainwave state where angelic communication is believed to be most accessible.
- Alpha Waves (8 – 13 Hz): These waves occur during states of relaxation and light meditation. Alpha states allow for creative flow, relaxation, and are associated with a calm, balanced mind. In mystical practices, alpha waves are where we can access higher spiritual guidance and tap into angelic realms without the interference of mental chatter.
- Beta Waves (13 – 40 Hz): These waves are associated with active thinking, focus, and alertness. They occur when the mind is engaged in problem-solving, decision-making, and logical analysis. While Beta waves can be associated with action and manifestation, they may also cause mental stress or overthinking.
- Gamma Waves (40 Hz and above): These are the fastest brainwaves, linked with high-level cognitive functioning, spiritual experiences, and heightened states of awareness. In esoteric and spiritual contexts, gamma waves are said to be present during spiritual enlightenment and moments of intuitive clarity. Gamma states can be linked with profound angelic encounters or the realization of divine will.
